AT MATALESOGE hospitaABLElity wants that they trainees to learn something new each and every day in order to keep their skills current in the workplace. On this occasion, MATALESOGE collaborated with Kouji Café to create an exploring occupation program so that Kouji’s cafe is not alone, because a number of baristas who also have special needs have become their collaborating partners in building the coffee business and their training program.
